94 Trans am won't start

94 Trans am won't start OK guys i just brought this 1994 trans am and the last owner said starter was bad, So i took out the starter took it to napa had it tested works fine. Came home and tried it nothing, I HAVE power inside car lights and such. I can get spark on top of the starter... I was told the lil wire is the ign wire. to put a test light on it.. Well i did nothing. I get no sound out of the start whats so ever. Any other idea guys. I'm out right now with a wire tester going over everything i can find. Any tips

OK update, I brought a new starter nothing, Only sound it makes is a clicking under the Dash, Any ideas what this could be. I looked around i can't tell where it is coming from, Car has a Alarm system and i think once had a Remote starter on it. So there are alot of wires down there, Please any tips would help

check the starter and make sure those wires are on correctly, I had a funky starter that had 3 places I could install the hot and ground, needless to say after doing tons of work that day with the headers and not having it turn over was a real bitch! If your only hearing a clicking in the dash it could be the issue, but when mine wasn't turning over it didn't make any noise at all. not sure what that clicking could be.
