Exhaust Fumes?

I was wondering from all you guys with true duals or even a y pipe that is dumped before the axle. I am putting headers on my car and true duals and plan to dump it before the axle, but I don't want to get high every time I start my car. Is the fumes so bad you can't run with windows down and the tops off or is it bearable.

Also I have a loudmouth for sale if anyone is interested.

You might smell the fumes when u start the car, thats about it. You definately won't smell anything when the car is moving.

I have them run out the back and I put cats on because the fumes were horrible whenever I was stopped. If you are running the stock cam it shouldn't be too bad though.
