Default 2 bolt blocks

How much power have people seen on these blocks without the splayed mains? I've seen low 500's without any issues over time. Anyone see these things last with 600+ ? Just curious.

My 355 2 bolt stock crank engine is still going strong after 6 years. I sprayed a 150 shot most of the time and made 535rwhp on the dyno. I also sprayed the 200 hit a hand full of times (which would be ~585rwhp). These numbers are through a th400..times in the sig.

Thanks for the compliments. I thought the car ran pretty good for being 3650lbs...lol.

The combo is a 11.5-1 355 with GTP stage 2 ported LT4 heads and intake with a GTP_6 cam (.568 .592 236 242 112lsa). 58mm AS&M tb, Lingenfelter CAI, hooker longtubes, 4 " mufflex, no cats. The car was setup to go high 9's on the 200 hit but I never got around to tuning in the car on the nitrous. I was running way too rich and losing my torque out of the hole so the 60 ft suffered. The 150 shot was also fat but not as bad. I was running pump gas so I wanted it to be safe. I have since sold the entire combo as of this past weekend and I going to a different combo that should pick up from where I left off with this one.

Very nice. I dont see any reason with a good tune that thing can't be in the 9's.
