I am going to have a friend helping me do this, and I am tearing down the engine no matter what...as you all can see in another post, I am parting out and selling a complete LT1 engine and I am rebuilding my old one. I am pulling out and completely tearing down2 engines in a matter of 4 1/2 days...any tips on how to keep track of where all those dam wires and connectors go so that its a snap when it goes back in???

i took mine out of the car from the top with the oil pan and intake still on, just have to tilt the motor diagonal and ease it out. takes a bit of time but doesnt require a lift, just a few good friends and some cases of beer!
