fuel pressure???

fuel pressure??? okay guys I have had this issue for awhile now and it is getting worse and worse...I have what feels to me like a lean issue from 4,800rpm on up only at WOT it's almost to the point where it feels like I'm running out of gas. It has a new fuel filter spark plugs and I've seafoamed the car. I'm wondering if you think this could be a fuel pressure problem?? from what I know the pump is the stock unit that came in the car and someone at some point marked all of the points in the rear to do the trap door but never cut it. I'm just hoping that it's fuel related and not ignition.
If its just not pulling up top it could be a fuel problem.if its cutting out its probally good ol opti or sumthing. i had changed my pump at one time and the main plastic fuel line was kinked and was restricting fuel flow. my car ran perfect except for top end.never missed but power dropped off ,up high, big time.
