Fuel Sending Unit

Fuel Sending Unit Well after messing with it I found that the reason it was hanging up on 1/4 and no lower was that the Float was hitting one of the Bands that I have on mine. I used Pipe Bands to hold the Sending Unit together and to the Bracket, the way I had one of them was causing the problem.
This is pic is it after it had been fixed. Those of you still having problems have another issue.
The way these Tanks are shaped is never going to give an accurate reading, I figure when it hits Half-Tank is a little over a 1/4 left, and when it hits 1/4 it's actually about 1/8 Tank remaining.
It took me about 40 min to complete this.. Trap Door Mod FTMFW!!

Glad you found out what it was.... But that means that there is another problem with everyone elses sending units. Damn it! 
Oh well. Guess people will either deal with it or replace their sending units huh!
