That is light, how much does the tubular K way?, now what all have you taken out of it? You know sense your on a roll with weight reduction, why stop there, find another 100 lbs. to take off somewhere, i'll bet you can, i had my ol'e 75 BB Duster mopar weighing 2930 without me, 3070 with, it was in the 10s at 123+ with a fairly mild engine, so keep hacking away, i could've pulled a good 400" lbs. out of that car lol.

Have you ever weighed it before? These F bodies feel light anyways, i hear anywhere from 3500 too 3700+, that to me seems a tad heavy for the performance they deliver, plus they feel knimbel, not like a boat aunker. Either way, your cars gonna fly.

Love your car man! That thing is gonna be nasty! May I suggest Bogart's and Strange Drag rotors? But, you probably have that in your list already.

Wow - 2900? Congrats. Curious, did you weight the stuff you took out? How extensive is the weight reduction? Pics of the interior and areas where you removed most weight?

Well Honestly we Took out all your basics.... AC/heat, heater core, Uncessary things behind the dash all the vent for the air... the air controls which we turned into a switch board the radio... all the wiring from the drivers seats back along with carpet (except wiring to taillights, Bumper supports... Cut off of the mounting points for bumper supports with plasma cuuter.. got rid of PS, ABS, Went threw the wiring harness got out all the extra wires and redid that, Got some weight out the doors cruise control... you name it we got it out. there are a few more things but i am not wanting to tell.. And still have a 100 lbs left in getting out the car when i get the k-member and a-arms in there

So it's obviously not a street car anymore. Don't know if I'm ready to take that step yet.

Maybe for a fully loaded ttop car around 3550 and a vert 3700+.
I weighed my car mostly stock, spare tire and all and it weighed in around 3450.
I'm a hard top with no power extra crap. I'd have to guess the build quality went up a bit on the 4th gens, my 3rd gen cars were lighter but felt flimsy.

But damn under 3000 lbs. thats impressive!
