Underdrive Pulley
Underdrive Pulley Where is the quickest place I can get an alternator underdrive pulley from? Is there a sponsor that can mail one fast or would a local place like Autozone or Advanced sell one?
i dont think that was his question. i absolutely hate when people come in and give a response to a question that was never asked.
i mean thats like telling someone dont take your ac off for the weight loss because having you ac is better when you need it. its his car if he would like to buy an UD pullie then i think thats his choice, and just some food for thought. my first mod along with my CAI was a set of ASP UD pullies. and i could feel a gain just after installing the pullies, it seems to rev a little faster out of the hole and if someone is looking for an extra umph out of the whole for a cheap price i'd say the UD pullies are a pretty good friggin choice.

OK. Here is the problem. I have an underdrive crank pulley installed on the car but i didn't get an after market pulley for the alternator therefore when my car is at idle it is not fully charging. So am what I'm needing an OVERDRIVE pulley?
Yes, you need an overdrive pulley for your alternator. I bought mine from Internet Racer's Suppy, which has since gone out of business. You will also need a slightly shorter belt, since the overdrive pully is slightly smaller. Mine is 59" long, if that helps.
