Default Need stock head specs ASAP....

Trying to find out the stock specs on my 95 LT1 camaro heads for tuning purposes. I have been finding anything from 53.5cc to 58.22cc. Even the LT1 newbie FAQ goes grom saying 54, to saying 58.

With the rebuild kit I ordered for my motor, the pistons would land me at 10.4:1 with a 58.22cc head. The variation from 54-58 can put me anywhere from 10.3-11.2:1 (if im doing my math right).... Anywayz any help would be great.

Mine were measured in front of my own eyes at 54.5cc. This is with very lightly milled heads so stock ones will be a tad larger.

I measured mine from a 93 Camaro as 53 CC.

The replacement gaskets from Fel Pro I seem to remember are .041" and if the heads are on the car what piston depth are you using? The true amount of deck and gasket thickness will probably alter your calculation more than the difference of cc in the head.

Good luck
