Default Dyno #'s

Mods and #'s are in sig. Do you think I'll make it over 300RWHP with headers?
Also I think my hypertech may be hurting me, i can see the graph take a 10hp dive from 4400-5000RPM's on the 3 runs, thats probably knock retard right?

I would definately yank the hypertech off. I have RARELY seen an instance where it hasnt actually hurt a cars performance. The WS6 catback you have isnt exactly great so a cutout will help considerably. Add longtubes to that and that should put you over the 300 mark. if you are installing shorties, its hard to get more than 10-15 outta the headers alone.

At the track I installed the hypertech tune and ran my best MPH righta after though, but then went back down to what i was running before, so I need to try it on the dyno. As for headers I'm going to get jethot longtubes and the mufflex y-pipe when I get some money, and probably sell my hypertech on ebay and then get a pcmforless tune.

st to let you know, many people have had problems with the mufflex. It has tended to hang pretty low once installed and bottoms out alot. Also, I have heard of horrible leaks with them because of the clamping method which they utilize. However, I have also heard good things about them. You might want to check into other alternatives for a y-pipe just to be safe, IMO. Maybe somebody can add some personal info if my opinion seems one-sided at all.

Well it won't be for a few months till i can afford headers, so I'll check out the possibilitys of having a custom y-pipe made.
