Well like it says, I fire the car up, my brake light is illuminated even with the parking brake disengaged, and my abs inop light is on.....

What does it mean when both lights are on?

 

is your third brake light in your spoiler working? cause my lights popped on when the bulbs went out in my third brake light and my cruise control stopped working.

 

check your brake fluid level, your car will flash the brake light at you when you step on the brake, but for it being on constantly, you may just have a short in the parking brake circuit. the abs could be a variety of things, that im not sure of
