no start I've been having this problem where my car won't start i'll turn the key somtimes it will somtimes I have to hold it for like 15 secconds b4 it will start The resistor on my key is a loose could that be it?

Is the engine turning over for the 15 seconds? Or does the car do nothing?
If the engine is turning over, it may be your fuel pump. They die out slowly, and take a while to pressurize if the car has been sitting overnight.

Try to check to see if your fuel lines are pressurizing, have somebody turn the key into the AC position, then have another person stand outside over the engine with the hood open, you should hear the fuel rails pressurize.
