new 383 lt1
I have always been a huge fan of smaller cams...These motors typically love the smaller durations with more lift...I was laughed at when I went with a 226/234 in my 383, but the track don't lie...and don't get too hung up on dyno numbers...they are just numbers and with A4 cars the numbers are even more skewed...Again I only make 375 rwhp on a Mustang Dyno...I was laughed at for that until 121 mph was posted at the end of the track...Good luck with everything...

That means according to your logic all people need is 451 rwhp and get their car's race weight to be <3450 to go 10.73.
That's GREAT news!
Therefore, to beat your time all we need to do is reduce the car's race weight to 3450, then do the 'usual' bolt on's, cam, head work, shoot say 175 hp NOS and they will beat that time since you stated it only takes 451 RWHP.
