water in the wrong places

water in the wrong places ok so like a dumbass i wash my lt1 motor..... yeah i know and, i got water in the opti, i tried searching the fourms but no luck, what is the best way to get water out of the optispark, i am tired of changing out the spark plugs every 3 days, because they are fouled out, some people have told me to drive it out and keep driving it, please help, advise
let it evaporate?, maybe a leaf blower? when i clean my engine bay i use simple green, tooth brush, a ton of rags and i finish it off with a detail spray & wipe. it works out pretty good.

It will take a while to evaporate since it wasn't just water and it is not in open air. Also the water will probably leave a residue when it does evporate so the opti will now be looking essentially through soap residue.
The choices aren't good. If it has to be driven daily I would pull the water pump, remove the opti and clean and reintall with new rotor and cap. And SEAL the opti
Another choice is to wait it out and hope it returns to proper running (slim but possibility)
Third choice is get a vacuum source hook it to the opti and cause air to pass through opti. MIGHT work not sure if you can rent a vacuum pump or apply a low pressure on opposite side of opti and cause air to circulate and speed the evaporation.
Driving it until it is ok is not a great option since plug cost and take time to change and of course the cost of gas.
