None. You have to either weld brackets on one or buy one that already fits. No cars that I know of with 12 bolts were set up for torque arms, panhard bars, or our style of lower control arms. Someone else may be able to help you on where to find one.

Spiders Gears are usually the first to go. I have destroyed a Ring and Pinion also.
I priced out a 9" Conversion using a Moser Housing& Axles, a Carrier from www.nationaldrivetrain.com , and 3.73 Gears plus the proper Shim kit, it came out to a little under $1900. The Strange setups are a little more..
Personally I would go with the 9", there is more parts out there for it, and they are cheaper.

Well if 800$ is all it would cost to put a 9" under my car then thats not bad...I figured around 2k for a 9". Is that complete end to end? And does it use the stock brakes ? Now if you are saying it cost say 1400$ then I will put a spool in it and drive it til it breakes....

No way you could do one for 800 unless you do all the fab work on the brackets yourself on a junk yard pull out. You could probably come up with a used one cheaper than buying new one. http://www.mofbody.com/forums/viewto...er=asc&start=0

Ok thats what I thought... im new to f-bodies but not to cars and that was way cheap. so looks like a spool for now. til it breaks...nine inch is better than the 12 bolt right ? more money too ? **** it. ill just strap some leaf springs and my 14 bolt with detroit out of my rockcrawler. lol

I was meaning 1400.00, 1000.00 for the moser houseing/axle package & 418.00 (shipped) for the complete 3rd. member, so i deducted a guesstament of 600.00 for a beefed up 10 bolt, thats where i came up with the left over 800.00, well 818.00 to be exact. If you really do this with the 10 bolt, i wouldn't put much into it, say just a gear change & be done, what sucks is its just a 50/50 chance of WHEN it will break, not IF. thats a chance i myself didn't want to take, i'm new to these cars also, i didn't realize how soft of a rearend these cars had, if i did, i would have gone with an automatic, but i really wanted a stick, so here i am paying the price lol.

Yea thats what I thought...seemed kinda slow for me....1/8th mile is gay. Not set up for that...and I possibly would have ran better times on street tires cause I could have launched at a higher rpm and feathered the throttle til I got out of the hole. I also just dumped the clutch if I would have feathered it out of the hole it might have done better I don't know, I don't claim to be a drag racer.

Does anyone know how much stronger the carrier out of an LS1 rear is? They seem to hold up way longer than LT1 cariers. I blew my stock rear when my car only had a cai and flowmaster muffler.
