No prob, I understand. I was simply referring just to track racing, not daily driving or 'street' racing. I couldn't think of any other material that would stretch and still keep a pattern that would filter out semi small and large particles (rubber from tires, etc) but still flow well.

Formula I have heard of guys using thin cheese cloth to coat homemade ram air below car intakes and having marginal success. Hope this helps some. Good luck

some kid at my school took the filter off his fusion... then he sucked up some **** and BLAM. byebye lololol
