I just took my car for the first drive since the cam swap and as soon as I got on it I threw a check engine light. The light is still on and now the car is hard to start and once it's running it idles and everything but it has no power. Does anyone know what to look for to fix this code 36?

Code 36 is the High RES Failure (Spark side) of the opti.
Double check all your wires on the hiring harness are good and tight, nothing pinched, no corrosion, ground wires, plug wires not crossed ( people would be amazed at how well the car can actually run with two wires crossed!) etc.
I'm trouble shooting same type problem, about to swap optis...
Thanks for the info. I'm going out to check everything now. It didn't happen until I got on it pretty hard so something had to come loose or something. At least I hope so.
