Need help tuning stall wall on LT1

Need help tuning stall wall on LT1 I have been driving around with no problems for a while now, atleast if I don't try to go WOT in to third gear or mash from a stop. This stall wall is killing me. As soon as the tranny goes into third a sec later it goes into over drive and limps. Then I slow down and the car only starts in second and is in limp mode. My builder told me that this is the stall wall because I have 2.73's and a 3200 stall. Can someone tell me how to fix this, going on a cruise tonight and want to beable to keep up in some runs. I have a cable and tunercats. Its a 95 Z28 so its OBD1. Thanks in advance.
send me an email g.a.j@comcast.net with a couple datalogs and your current tune and i will foward them to my friend that tunes. he can fix the stall wall as well as give you a as good as or better then mail order tune.
