I'm glad someone is watching out for spelling and grammar errors in my thread....

Does anyone have anymore input on what I should spin the stock bottom end to?

No more than 6500rpm, unless you REALLY want to break it.

id go with used intake off of here, headers and exhaust off of here, cam, heads, free mods, stall, nice tires off of here sticks or et streets, and some spray if you have money left over.

well if its not in your budget for a cat back you could always take the exhaust off from the cat back then put it back on after the race.

i would not recommend dr =1.8 60 foot at best i would get a set of real drag tires shaving the head 15 thousand with a impala gasket works insainly well we had are valves set to since they were already off $350 and a vig stall 2800 $725 hot cam kit you can do better with a different cam this is a pretty weak cam but its cheap $600 dynotune n2o kit$450 and a pcm for less tune i think $200 this set up on my brothers 95 ta ran 1.5 60 11.2 at 119 there are other bolt ons on the car too (headers electric water pump bbk throtle body and such but those are the major parts in my eyes) on stock tranny block and axle 150.000 on them that was with a 100 shot of n2o
