Mid range Stumble???

Mid range Stumble??? I have a 94 Trans Am that is having a mid range stumble.. First it was having an issue with the spark plug and a leaky injector which was causing it to run on 7 cylinders and rich as hell but that got taken care of and now it seems to have a mid range stumble like it's still running rich but will clear up on heaving load or when you get to about 4,000 RPM.. Car details-4 bolt main vette engine, LT4 hot cam kit, ported and polished heads, long tubes, NGK TR6 plugs, MSD wires, new coil, new opti, new ignition module, stock fuel system, the computer has been tuned my MadZ28, TH350, TCI Stall, has nitrous but only a 60 shot was run to make sure it worked.. That car has been sitting for six months until last week.. Thanks..

Damn i guess i'm not the only one stumped..if it helps if i hold it long enough while its seems lie its stumbling it will clear up as soon as the Service Engine Soon light comes on and so far no one has been able to pick up the code even with the light on...
