Default Lt1 head removal guide

Hello,

Im looking to take of the heads on my lt1 car, I was wondering if there is any guides out there that show how to take them off and put the back on.

I would suggest either a GM shop manual or the "Haynes" type of general service books that a lot of auto parts stores sell. If you have access to a large, metropolitan public library, some of them have factory shop manuals.
