low resolution opti code

will this code pop up if the splines on the opti are put on one or two off?

The splines should only go one way, it is keyed so that it can go on a certain way and thats it.

it is possible to put it on a spine or 2 off. i did it the first time. im just trying to find out if my old opti is good or not

I got it off a tooth before and it cost me a rebuild. Burnt a hole in a piston. Dont know if it would give you that code or not, but you need to make certain that it is lined up the way it was intended.
