Default Computer issue

Well after months of my car not running right . between the clutch and opti

I now have brand new msd wires and the tr 55's that are now fouled but the car has been running like it is out of time. We tore it back down and everything is right.

In open loop it will sorta run smooth and rich like crazy but there is no vaccum. Tap the throttle miss. Snap it to wot and black smoke.

My spark advance is 20-25 degrees

If I command it to closed loop my short term fuel trim drops from 128 to 1-10 and miss's like crazy.

and I have a Quadra Driver Fault 1 / Fail < thats what we never saw/noticed before

There are no codes . The opti is new I need my car back Anymore ideas?

Yes I am ( to the best of my knowledge they were not changed prior to me owning it ) . Though before the opti went out it ran fine. As well I dont know if a computer can loose its tune or something either. or maybe it was a computer issue that caused the opti to go bad

I have a cam with the specs around a hot cam as well.

Well....tunes dont go bad nor can you loose them. So when the car goes into closed loope both banks drop to like 108-110?

No both banks drop to like 1-10 no hundreds I have never seen that before. Plus I had one error which was the quadra driver 1 fault. So I dont know if that can throw timing off or not because it runs like it is out of time

dirty or bad maf maybe? intake/exhaust leak?

Since it affects open and closed loop it has to be something common to both.
