Default Jegs Damper

Has anyone used the Jegs damper for the LT1 engines? I need a damper for my stroker and I considered the Jegs brand because it seems that it is a quality yet inexpensive piece. Professional Products also makes an inexpensive damper for LT1's that seems like a winner. Opinions please.

Out of curiousity whats wrong with your stock damper? It's neutral balanced which means it will still work for an internally balanced assembly. Fyi I'm running the stocker with my internally balanced assembly and zero balancing the flywheel so both front and rear will be neutral...

My stock damper is old and the rubber is begining to crack. I figured that it would be better to go aftermarket.
