Two Issues here

So my first issue is that my fuel pressure is low at about 28psi at idle. I pulled off the vacuum line and it jumped to 34psi. I have a relatively new walbro 255 and filter. Is my fuel pressure reg bad and would it be worth getting an aeromotive one?

Second issue is that in order to clear the roller rockers I had to clearence the valve covers and now they dont fit on the heads like they should and leak along with oil coming from the bolt holes so what options do I have for aftermarket valve covers?

the cantons are very nice if you are using a stock alternator location but they are about 225 bucks... i had these on my last setup. very nice and sealed well
