chance of this being an opti
chance of this being an opti its a code 36-high resolution circuit code, so i know it has something to do with the opti. what are the chances its just the harness? it will run find for a while but if i leave it idling for about 5 min its just starts running real rough and the rpms jump alot. then it will die after about 30 sec of this. sometimes restarting it is a little iffy on whether it will start of not.
mine did that an it was my TPS sensor... but it could be your opti, opti's are junk an go out all the time! when my opti went out it gave me no warning lol or throw codes so if it is your opti you got lucky an got warning signs hahaha
Its almost certin that its your opti if its throwing the 36 (high res code) and doing the code 36 dance (stalling randomly, but able to restart once warmed up). It could be the harness too, but a visual inspection will be able to tell.
