My new T56 Center Console Cover..
My new T56 Center Console Cover.. I bought it with a broken Ash Tray, cut all that out with the Dremel and used some Aluminum Flashing that I had here to fill in the hole. Then I used some double sided Tape to attach the Z28 Badge.

I can't remove the Screws..it was that or Rivets. I placed the Screws as evenly as I could with each other to make it look sharp.
Yup..been gathering parts up. I got the Bell Housing, T56 Cross Member, and the Petals. All I need now is the Hydraulics, and the Shifter & ****. I'm buying the Transmission and the Clutch/Flywheel/Pressure Plate Kit when I get back from Iraq in Febraury.
I'll post a Thread of everything when I finish it.

Not so sure about the bare aluminum look but, ah well.. I agree its better than a busted ashtray. Maybe consider spraying the aluminum black to match the plastic? Nifty idea by the way.
