Fresh LT4 Clone Performance Engine 400HP
Hey everyone, been a long time.
I wanted to see what everyone thinks would be a "Fair" price for an engine that I built. I would really like to sell it so that I can get some new stock in here and pay a few bills.
Anyway here is what I got
1995 Chevy 350 LT1 board 30 over w/ USA made flat top speed pro pistons @10.7 to 1 compression on chevy P.M. Connecting rods. Crankshaft is .010/.010 and has been micropolished and balanced. All the oil veins have been chamferd and the #1 connecting rod oiler has been modified for improved flow. The cylinder heads are ported and polished aluminum castings with hand lapped valves and EP performance valve springs good to .525 lift. Heads have been baked, blasted and crack tested. Heads have also been milled .010.
All the gaskets are brand new Fel-Pro, the oil pump is a high volume melling with 3/4 inch strainer. New meling timing chain. 1.6 Aluminum full roller rocker arms with ARP head bolts and rocker studs. CompCams valve guides with hardend push rods. Sealed Power roller lifters. EP main and rod bearings. Engine block is painted with high temp ceramic Chevy Orange-Red.
At this time I have not installed a camshaft due to the fact the engine needs a home and some may need a short pin cam, while others may need the long pin. Either way the GMPP HOT cam will be included.
I have built a lot of these engines in the past. Got burnt on e-bay a few times so I wont even bother listing them there anymore. Im just looking for someone to come with cash and I will load it up for you. I am licenced and certified. I normally dont list my motors for sale in forums however I am pretty jammed up and I could really use the free engine stand. I build about 5 of these a year and most of the times they all sell out before March. I only have one, and I have 3 more in line so I wont be able to produce another until November-December.
I think the motor is worth $4200 considering its basiclly ready to pick up. I estimate horsepower to be 400-420 depending on if the owner puts on a good exhaust with headers. What does everyone else think?
I will upload some photos of the engine, and if anyone is interested please call me (734)358-7050
Thanks guys

Heck for asking price I would even throw in the polished valve covers and a red intake. But I will take offers.
I run out several diffrent camshafts in this engine. Right now there is no camshaft installed however I can put it and run it out while you wait. I have solid lifters I use to get actual lift mesurements. This engine has ZERO miles and has never been installed.
Here are some more photos. If you want I can show photos of past builds also.

To be honest there is no way to build these things for under $3000 as some have voted. If you were to just buy the LT4 Conversion kit itself you would spend over $3000 and that wouldnt come with any new lower end parts such as the pump, pistons, bearings and chain, let alone be already put together.
