Default Best fuel pump for my setup

So i dont know what fuel pump to run. My setup consists of a 355 with LE2 heads and cam, supporting bolt ons, 36 pound injectors, and a 100 shot. I was looking at the Racetronix pump with the upgraded wiring. What do you guys think?

thats a good choice as long as its the 255lph pump.

nitrous a wet or dry shot?
either way i would think that a 255lph pump with the racetronix hotwire kit would be sufficient.

Its a wet shot. Yeah i'm definitely going 255lph. I guess what i should've asked is the hotwire kit necessary and worth the extra money.

IMO, it is a good idea to hotwire the fuel pump!
the racetronix wiring is grade A stuff, high quality.

Caspers electronics also sells a hotwire kit.

constant voltage to the pump is a good thing!! especially under a power adder where the chance is much greater at grenading the motor if you have a fuel problem.

The "kit" is the pump and the wiring harness, and is more than $150, unless I have missed something. Thunder Racing does show the pump alone for $150.
And yes, it is worth the money. The harness removes any possibility of a voltage/current drop to the pump, allowing it to function at its full capacity at all times. And the pump is custom fit for each year, so no chopping of the fuel bucket is required. All in all, a very worthwhile investment, IMHO. Not a vendor, just a very satisfied user.

I agree. The instructions that come with the kit are very detailed also.

It was a very easy install. The things that took the longest on my install was waiting for the glue on the bucket to dry, and running the wire under the car haha

you would most likely be fine, with a 255lph pump and hotwire.
you should get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, so you can play around with it when tuning the car.

the hotwiring of the pump IMO, is a good idea for any internally modified EFI car!

I already have a aeromotive (sp) adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone have a link for the 255Lph Hotwire Pump ?

a 255lph without the hotwire would be sufficient! Although it wouldn't hurt either! I have just a walbro 255lph without the hotwire and I got more fuel than I would ever need for this setup. Oh and thats with 44lb injectors!
