bigger injectors or possible bad fuel pump

bigger injectors or possible bad fuel pump My car seems to lagg alittle bit in the higher rpms and in 3rd gear n up, seems like im not getting enough fuel, my mods are below, mayb i need bigger injectors with the ported heads and cc306? or possible bad fuel pump is not working right when my car warms up? im gonna check the pressure tonight, wat is it suppose to be at idle and when driving? Any advice?

As far as fuel check.. Turn on key a couple of times to prime system, with key on NOT running 41-47 lbs, and pressure should hold steady. Start engine (applies vacuum) pressure should drop 3-10 lbs. The no vacuum test simulates high throttle that's why pressure s/b higher. Race the engine in neutral and few times and check that it holds. yes very weird 3rd gear n up only, well anywayz if you find out anything let me no, i kno forsure its not electrical as well because every part is brand new, except injectors are stock and used.
