You need a new starter.

While it apears that your starter is headin' south, before you spend the money, check and clean all your connections. A little corrosion, or a loose fastener, causing poor contact, will most noticibly show up when the loads are high, like when trying to crank a hot engine

I will say def consider the starter.

But I will say consider your CHARGING system.

I ran on my 383 a EWP from CSR connected to the 10amp KOEO and it put a serious drain in the system, Coupled w/ a Aeromotive UD pulley w/o Alternator pulley just about let the car not have enough time to recover between engine starts.

Make sure there are no draws, no UD pulley, and the alternator/starter are good units w/ in specs.
