heres something...bad breaks? on my camaro, which was a v6..and now on my formula, the breaks arent oh-so-stiff.
i've had a couple other cars, ive done a complete break job on my van, and on my corolla, and the breaks on both of them are very stiff, stop in the middle.
but on my camaro, and now my firebird..the breaks will be squishy...idk how to explain it, they will go to the floor, which in my van, corolla, and all my friends brand new cars the brakes are stiff and stop in the middle..
my break pads are good, rotar's are good, and break fluid is all good, maybe its time for a new master cylinder?

yeah...well, heres the thing...i bled the brakes in my camaro, and it did nothing..so its most likely the master cylinder, but what about that thing behind the master cylinder...WTF is that thing?
The power brake booster uses vacum to give you braking power. The hose that goes from the intake manifold to the brake booster is it's vacum supply. Usually the booster is bad if you pump the breaks at idle and the the rpms fluctuate. You also might have a vacum leak causing low brake pressure. I would check for leaks before going any further.

checked for leaks...idk how...nothing heppened when i took off the pcv hose on the side of my intake manifold, nothing happened when i took this other hose-kinda thing in the middle of the intake tube...either they both have leaks, or one isnt a vacuum thing.
