need help changing hub on ati super damper

Default need help changing hub on ati super damper

i need to put the b body hub on the damper but i cant get the f body hub off. it says torque to 16 ft lbs but its obviously tighter...with some loctite or somethin



ive twisted 3 star bits.


do i just need to drill them out and buy new ones....


really need help so i can get them before tha three dya weekend

No I Pulled It Off. But The Damper Is Not Turning...thats Not The Problem


Should I Just Drill Out The Old Bolts..?

First,
it is a special bit.... a t-40plus, the t-40 will likely break or ruin the bolt.

If that doesn't work you will have to carefully drill out the bolts. The heads tend to gall themselves in place.

Been in this position as well. After I drilled out the bolt heads, the threaded parts unscrewed by hand.
