I've been trying to figure out the same thing actually.
Other than keeping my existing 3" I pipe to save on materials, I can't see any
reason to go dual 3" even with a 383. Even the guys running big SR cams
seem to use the 2.5" pipes and get along just fine.

2.5" or 3", I dont think you can go wrong with either....

You dont plan on anything rediculous anytime soon do you?

I don't plan to EVER do anything rediculous on it. Looking to have around 400-420 RWHP and similar torque. Just looking to have a beefy weekend cruiser.
