If you could tell us a little about your car it would help us give you a good reccomendation.

If you have a LT1 car I would not suggest going with a dry kit. The LT1 PCm does not have the ability to accurately add the need fuel by increasing injector duty cycle. Dry kits on the LT1 increase the fuel pressure by pulling vaccuum on the fuel pressure regulator. For LT1 applications I would go with a wet kit.

100shot is going to be fine on your car, is there a reason for a 80shot?

And I would go with a wet kit also, why do you want a dry kit?

I sprayed a 150 WET shot on my stock car all the time. She loved it and asked for more. Just make sure you have a way of pulling timing and have all the suggested safety equipment and you will be ok.

Talk to someone at Nitro Dave's. They are very helpful and will steer you in the right direction.

the best thing you can do is to call or look at NITROUS OXIDE venders such as NITROUS EXPRESS and read about their systems then ask technical questions.
i have had DRY and WET systems on a few cars,DRY was definately not my choice. i DO NOT like DRY since LT1s run at 80% duty cycle N/A then you make them work even harder! NO THANKS! DRY systems can be made to run safer if you spend money on say "DFI,FAST etc." larger injectors, upgraded fuel system.......
WET systems have been accused by many to cause "PUDDLING" since my introduction of NITROUS OXIDE in 1987 i have NEVER had this happen, that is where the fuel sits in a portion of the intake, air boot etc. NEVER has that happened to anyone i know!
As far as the size shot you determine to use on your car,LOL, that will change.Anyone that uses NITROUS OXIDE will tell you,you will always want more. It is a drug for your engine that gets you ADDICTED......TODAY a 50 shot tomorrow 75 before you know it you are at 150 and lovin it!
the late JOHN STEWART gave me a ton of knowledge back then when i worked for him at MAGNUM PLUS NITROUS..............

the issue is NOS is a company not the stuff you spray....Fast and the furious not only made everyone think their Honda's were race cars but the NOS is whats in the bottle.

Back on topic:

For your application as long as you get the right safety features in place you can run up to a 150 shot with little risk.

check out the FAQ sticky in the nitrous section for a list of the basic nitrous accessories and their functions. Then feel free to ask any questions you might have and I will be happy to help you pick out what is right for you.
