Default LT4 cam and headers???

In the process of buying a 94 formula M6. It already has all the free mods,CAI, 160stat, fan switch. tubular k-member, SFC's, tubular LCA's(anyone know how to make it grip still but less noisy?) Owner now stripped the crank threads. I'm buying the new parts to basically rebuild the bottom end. Found an eagle crank on ebay for $190. Very interested in it but would like some opinions on the best rod and main bearings to go with the crank. As well as a decent yet inexpensive oil pump. Do i need a new timing set or just the chain? It has around 130,000 miles, 15,000 miles since all new gaskets and seals. I'd really like to find a good set of used headers as it still has the stock manifolds. I REALLY would like to know if adding an LT4 cam(or best inexpensive cam recommended) and headers(best mids?) would get me past the 300rwhp mark. What other mods might be needed? It hauled ***** when i drove it. Any advice would be great. Thanks And if you are ever planning on unloading the front clip from a 98+, send me a pm.

Ever need Toyota, Lexus, or Scion parts, send me a pm too.

if you would like to stay in a budget zone..i would get pacesetter longtubes coated w/ x-pipe kit from jegs and dynomax bullets...and a cc503 cam...replace the timing w/ gm timing set...federal mogul or clevite bearings would work...stock oil pump from napa...if u have a little extra money go with a EWP....you would have everything out already...do what ur money would let you.....if you think a cc503 is to big of a cam for your needs, then go w/ a lt4 cam or cc305

EDIT* sorry for not reading the post correctly...w/ LT4 cam and headers u should definately be in the 300 RWHP mark

Awesome, thank you. Right now it just has a racing muffler with a turn down right the y-pipe. Not sure how long my neighbors will keep quiet about that. Kinda interested in the LPP headers, $550 shipped with y/pipe isn't bad. Right now my daily driver is a 99 2.2L bone stock chevy xtreme, so 300rwhp is gonna be unreal to what i'm used to.

Do you mean just the stock lt4 cam or the lt4 hot cam?
I have the lt4 hot cam, heads and intake with hooker super comp full length headers and I ran a 12.90 with shorties and 3000 stall.
Ive upgraded my trans, stall and exhaust since than but havent had a chance to run it yet but id look on summit for the hookers..
I believe its around $400 or so shipped and i noticed big gains with them..
