Yes, there was jus a thread a day or so ago with a guy saying how he fixed his! If it has a rough idle it could be a vacum leak, check to make sure no wires r touching the header melting or arching out, and also make sure you put them back in the right order!

I'm going to say motor mounts aswell, they are a bitch to put in. Well, at least they were for me when I put some in an ls1.

Im having this same problem :S It seems like the flat spot on the y pipe is hitting the cross member, or the header itself is hitting the floor boards :S I really hope it isnt the motor mounts.

Put a piece of heater hose between the header and undercarriage = problem solved (1 of them anyway).

to the OP, do you have a polly mount on one side and not the other? If so then maybe that could attribute to the problems your having. I would put one or the other.

You need to get under there and bend the top of the pipe. What I did was use a crow bar and wedged it between my car and pipe. I pried on it and it bent the pipe. Worked great. That's what you get when you buy cheap right? Lol.

mine hits occasionally as well but one thing you can do is have a welder weld in a spring from your valvetrain if you have an old one lying around (not your current valvetrain)...provides the cushioning and still allows it to flex under load...I didnt do this to mine as it isnt bad at all

Yes, and it will also cause your cooling fans to come on more than likely. If you already have intake, headers, you might look into getting a mail order tune. Doesn't cost much more than o2 sims (plus they are getting hard to find!)
