You must be awful at launches. I had a similar set up and ran high 12's all day at the track.

Hey, did you install an LT4 knock module? You could be getting false knock with the mids.

Post your timeslips and we can tell whether you lost power or traction. Did your 60' time increase? Did your MPH decrease?

Looks like you spun quite a bit off the line, by how the 60' numbers look. You will pick up more tq from the mids, so that's understandable.

You also have to keep in mind that no 2 days are going to be the same. So one day you'll run (example) 13.5 and the next day you could be doing 14s.

I didnt spin at all.Thats the whole thing. My car just acted like it feel on its face. Its like I took off all my mods and ran a stock car.Is a tune going to help that much?Should I get get the knock module or will it have an effect with the tune when I get one?

Get the knock module, can't hurt anything (unless you're actually getting real knock, and not false knock). A tune would help, but if you plan to do any real mods (heads and/or cam), I'd wait till then.

You sure you didn't burn a wire or have a fouled plug or two? Or even a broken plug?

Something is really not right to drop 7 mph. you should trap more than that in a tired and bone stock lt1 fbody. You really need a tune but my guess is that you burned through a couple of plug wires.

How long has it been between the runs? How is your fuel filter? What was the DA at the track both days? Where was your temp gauge - too hot? Different psi in the tires?

I'm betting you are picking up some false knock after the header install, do you hear any exhaust leaks? You might want to go around the gasket edges with a stethoscope to make sure. Also what gasket did you use?

You should be trapping about 103mph or so, so something isn't right. I can't see the knock module picking you up 8mph. Tons of people dont have one with headers and run fine.

It was only 3 weeks difference. My filter is fine, just replaced it about 5000 miles ago.My car ran the same temp as b4 and I had 25 psi in my DR both times.Oh the DA was the same.No exhaust leak anywhere. That was my first thought but nop nothing.Gaskets are Mr.Gaskets.These is why Im so confused by it.Another thought of mine is it has no backpressure.I have no muffler or cat.Its just after the Y-pipe 3in straight pipe.Could this be it or am I way off base saying that.

Most def something is wrong, I'd pull the plugs and check them, then do a compression test.

As noobtacular as it is for me to say, I still haven't figured out what "DA" is in reference to. I think it's something like the combination of position in regards to sea level, and barometric pressure. If so, is it possible to have the DA be the same between days 3 weeks apart?
