Default spark plug gap help

I need to regap my plugs because I set them at .050 about 3000 mile ago and since then I have added some stuff. I have moroso intake, pacesetter lt's and ory, and a pretty much straight through exhaust, and msd wires. Ever since I put in the lt's and ory, it has ran rough, can someone recommend the gap, I am running ngk tr6's i believe. Thanks

get new plugs for one and stop running that foreign crap.....ACDELCO PLATINUM PLUGS!!! gap them to the specs of your motor not what you have done to it...the gapping should stay the same...dont try to regap something that has been used or anything, get new....

now what you need to do is have a tune done if its running like crap...didnt have your pcm tuned did ya??

Exactly. Don't worry about it. By "running rough" what exactly do you mean? Does it not idle right or does it run rough under load? Need more detial.
IMO I would never use platnum plugs. The reason being is there has been instances of the platnum puck separating from the plug and causing damge. More so on blown applications, but that makes no matter to me. NGK's are great. There is some Autolite plug that everyone is raving about nowadays as well. Can't remember which ones. I've also used Champion Gold Premiums and they were good plugs.

I will second the no platinum in an application like this. The TR6 is a decent choice.

The .050 gap is a good choice as well.

i would say since you just did lts check your plug wires assuming its running rough under load. very easy to burn wires on your primaries if you dont route them correctly.

Well I checked the wires and they were fine, plugs were tight.

The car runs smooth at idle, then at patial throttle, acceling up past 2000 rpm, it seems on the edge of breaking up and vibes, but if I floor it, the car runs great, smooth, and feels strong, it does not make sense to me.

thanks for your help guys

Have you taken the car out in the dark and checked for arcing? Mist water on the plug wires from a spray bottle? Should not be an issue with you plugs, NGK makes excellent plugs and your gap is good.
