Default What to do about lifter noise?

My lifters are rattling..What should I do or what are my options?

first pull the valve cover and see if any of the rockers are loose or if any of the pushrods are bent. adjust accordingly. if not your going to have to pull the intake manifold and replace the lifter.

just turn up the music to where you cant hear the noise and move on with ur life.

Hahaha...Thats funny..But is this going to hurt my performance at all?

The music? No.

hah J/K Guess it depends, if the ticking is loud enough the knock-sensor may retard your timing?

If the noise is infact your lifters than I would pull the manifold, take apart the valvetrain, and stick some new LS7's in their place. I would make sure the noise is the lifters before I would do all of that, I did that work and ended up that the nosie wasn't the lifters!
