Default Bellhousing bolt questions

Im getting ready to put my M6 back into my car this weekend and cant find the bellhousing to block bolts or the transmission to bellhousing bolts.

Through searching Ive found 2 part numbers:

14050422
12523235

My question is, which part number to use and how many bolts total do I need (# of bolts required to attach bellhousing to block and # of bolts required to attach trans to bellhousing?)

Thanks in advance!

There is 8 for the Tranny to the Bell Housing, and then 8 from the Bell Housing to the Block. I leave out the bottom 2 that go into the Oil Pan, incase there is some flex in the Drive Train, I don't want it cracking.
You can get the thread patterns, and get the Bolts from a Bolt Store for cheaper. I do know that all together if you need to get them, you are going to pay about $100 at the Stealership..

Gotcha, I just need to know the actual bolt size like 10mmx1.75x40 or whatever it is?
