Is it the 12565145 or the 15046288?

Some of the sponsers have the 145, others have the 288. The 288 seems to be priced higher.

Does anybody know the difference?

My limited understanding is that the 145 has been discontinued and GM has gone back to the 288.

Nothing wrong with the 145, just what is for sale is remaining stock.

991LE is correct; the 145 slaves are no longer available from GM. The 288 is what is sold now.
