Default Time for a rebuild??

Hey guys Im hoping this is not a bad. When I went to get my oil changed the guy said that my trans is grinding pretty bad. I have herd some of this when going into gear or you put the clutch in when the car is moving. It gets louder as the revs go higher. I am thinking of getting the fluid changed. Im going to take it to another shop and see if they say anything about it. I know that it goes into gear with zero probelms and even reverse is easy to catch. The noise sounds like you can hear the transmission spinning. Any ideas or is it time for a rebuild.

reading that could be the problem. I read about a guy with the same problem and he said his started with a replacement clutch that went in. So it looks like I might replace my clutch soon.

How many miles on the unit, when you start going 120k, could be the bearings in the trans, could be pilot bearing, or like said the the throw out bearing.
