Should i rebuild?

Hey guys, ive been having some problems for a while now when the car is cold and i start driving, if i shift from 2-3 too fast it'll grind pretty bad and wont go in but again only when car is cold once its warmed up its good although my shifting will sometimes be smooth but sometimes kinda rough and hard. what you do guys think? Oh and i have replaced clutch, slave cylinder and throw out bearing.

I was in the same situation and I chose to go with a th400. Faster and better imop.

It probably is the Fluid not being warm enough yet and being able to lube up the Blocker Rings..

Does the clutch master cylinder have anything to do with this?
