Default t56 noises

whenever im slowing down and depress my clutch pedal the car starts making a groaning /moaning noise like stripped teeth but the tranny shifts fine. however if i take it out of gear it is hard to get back in. btw a week before this happened i had a loud squeel everytime i pushed the clutch pedal. throwout bearing?

T56's tend to make some noise at lower revs once they have some miles. Normal.
