Normal driveshaft spin?
Normal driveshaft spin? I currently have my car in the air with the suspension loaded. I noticed when I had the car running, and would shift from neutral to a gear the driveshaft would spin ~1/8 a turn. Is this normal?
As the lash is taken up between the gears, you will have some movement. The higher the gear, the more the DS could turn.
When you get the car down though, you might want to check for clutch drag. There is some inertia that gets transmitted, but it would be good to check.
