Is this the self adjusting type PP? Its possible that the adjuster shifted position and needs to be reset. The only way to reset one is to compress it and turn the plate back to its original location. The adjuster springs can be a big pain to keep on the adjuster plate while doing this. I had to reset my old LS6 plate at the local clutch shop as they were the only place that had the machine to compress the plate and reset it.

so luk now said there must be something wrong with the clutch itself or the slave , so i just ordered another luk clutch and another luk slave . well wish me luck and ill let you guys know hopefully by next thursday
