I like mine. Stiffer than many (some say too stiff, but hey, I like it). Mine's got about 7k miles and it's held up to numerous 6500+ dumps on ET Drags at the strip, and has *never* slipped or fallen short. I had Thunder take a look at it last week, they said it was still in fine shape. This same clutch has been there when I was stock motor, then cam-only, and now the solid roller.

Like the other guys said, it will hold pretty much anything. It is a kinda a bear to drive on the street though. Very heavy pedal, chattering, grabby, etc..

i disagree with dope. my cartek unit has no chatter at all and engages very smoothly. i had the spec III before and that had a very abrupt, unsmooth engagement, like an on/off switch. the cartek unit is much better. pedal pressure is pretty light, definately not heavy. i love it.

Mine was fine in the street. Pedal pressure was about stock and chatter was minimal BUT, when I took it to the track with about 2K street miles on it and a set of slicks it exploded about half way up the track and tore my car to pieces. I launched at about 3K rpm's and when I shifted into third it let go. I now have about $11K in damage to the car. My experience, my .02
