Mcleod Master/Drill mod complete!

Mcleod Master/Drill mod complete! Just finished putting a new Mcleod master on my car and drilling the restriction out of the steel braided line. Thanks to InstallUniversity.com's piece on how to do it. The barbed fitting that came on my new MC was too small for the hose that ran from my reservior to the MC, so I had to buy a new fitting from O'Reilly's for like $3. I did not use the stock u-bolt to put the new MC on. Mcleod sent 2 bolts, washers, and locks. The bolt holes in the Mcleod are threaded and you bolt it up from inside the car. I just bench bled the lines and put it all back together. I didn't bleed the system because I had nobody helping me to hold the clutch down while i opened the bleeder. Car seems to drive fine though. The stop that I had between all my shifts is gone now. This is a LOT better than the stock master. You can almost tell it from comparing the two by looking at them, because the stock on is all plastic. Anyway, it took me about 3 hours, now I'm done, and I recommend the Mcleod master to you M6 guys.
