T56 cost?
I don't know where this post belongs but I need to ask. What is a t56 out of a 2000 Ta worth? It has 69k miles and still shifts pretty good. I'm swapping a guy for an auto setup and it feels like I'm not getting enough $ considering I'm not taking his tranny. We are swapping all of the conversion parts needed minus his tranny.

Depends on what else you are trading,
A trans with nothing else (bell housing, clutch assembly (good working after market), shifter, pedals etc etc can go upwards of 2k, again depending on what is sold.
A Bare, lower milage, good working trans should be at least 1k. A 4L60e is not considered a even trade. a 4L60e unless freshly rebuilt and proven to at least work would be ok, but it better have a good conveter such as a Yank.

Here is what we have talked about trading. I'll give him the swap parts including wiring harness, pedals, tranny, bellhousing, stock shifter, master, slave but no clutch or flywheel.
He wants to give me the swap parts, $500 and trans cooler setup with fan. I don't need his trans or stall so I just want to make sure that I'm not getting screwed. Is that a decent deal?
